Let the trash talk begin...

I want to say a huge thanks to Drew who updated the site allowing for inputting of scores directly from the field which updates the standings as well.

Also, keep in mind while we are paying head refs this season, their role is to understand the rules and manage the game, they will not see every call. These are previous league players who may come back next year so in the spirit of the league ensure you are respectful.

Who were the studs and who were the duds?
How did the new QBs look?
Did JJ wear tight white pants?
Did Miller make it through the first game without injury?

The studs were the Raiders. The duds were (and will continue to be) anybody who has to play the Raiders. Todd, the new QB for the Lions, wasn't at the game, and Adam threw very well in his absence. Hopefully it won't start a QB controversy when he inevitably struggles against the Silver and Black juggernaut. Jelani, as predicted in this space, had an historic debut, racking up 56 points and scoring on all drives but one (a 3rd down dropped TD). As for John Miller, he suffered a near-fatal injury to his pride, but appears none the worse for wear.

All prayers from Raider Nation go out to the Saints. Its hard to really say anything because the score spoke for itself. Well I could say a lot of things but I wont.

Wish you guys the best of luck next week and get well soon!

The board is quiet. That’s the sound of Frank’s humility.

Vegas! Must be a typo - You'd pick the shithawks against the mighty dolphins? We have like 4 knowshon moreno's on the team. We cannot lose. Dolphins win this one in a cakewalk, easier than it is for Glenn to knock up the mrs.! Dolphins by 24.

Mr. CFL didn't play the Jets last week so no, "I did not see".

Nice to see former champ Dyl "The Thrill" Goulet running around out there. Only a matter of time before his inner Braylon Edwards comes out. Get it? The former highly touted Jets wide receiver who ended up sucking ass.

Burn.

ACATT? All Clarkins Are Too Tiny?

There are way too many speedy Clarkins for teams to be able to handle on the Seahawks. On top of the speed, Noah has a legit weapon that will demand double teams. Good luck marking 3 or 4 Clarkins with the bottom of your D.

The question is can the stop anyone? I see Noah typical very high scoring games for the Hawks this season.

Noah will score this year, this is true.
Unfortunately they don't match up well defensively against most teams in the league.

Vegas Odds... set it now.
The over/under for any Seahawks game this season is 80.

@Dave
Not sure if you are Dave Z or Spack but regardless the lack of talk this week is not due to my humility but rather... no actually yeah its my humility. The score doesn't show what a close game this really was. Looking forward to seeing the mighty Jets in the playoffs. As for the Broncos, we are coming after you!

The Seahawks defense allowed 36 points to a Lions team missing their starting qb and 2,3 & 4th round picks on offense.
I would be taking the over every week in Vegas.

Seahawks v Dolphins - was 8-6 @ the half. Was fixin for an epic Defensive battle in such an Offensive driven league.

Then the floodgates opened and the Dolphins couldn't keep up due to what seemed like a million open dropped passes. Sorry Chambers - we literally dropped the ball on that game!

Won't happen again brother!

Great game Saints! Exciting when a game ends on a last play blocked punt

After two games who is favourite? I think jelani is most well rounded, Spackman and Colin has the experience, and Noah has even more upside.

Noah vs Spackman this weekend should answer some questions.
