The setback on Saturday was nothing more than a strategic loss. Darryl could have easily made that chip shot field goal for the win, but we knew as a team the curse of the Patriots and trying to go undefeated. Being as how this team is as intelligent as we are athletic, the decision was made long ago to toy with the Seahawks to give us a glimpse of how they played, and then to lose a close one. I didn't think we could manage to only lose by a single point, as that would be the ideal situation; once again, the Raiders executed to perfection -- shame on me to doubt my teammates!

Your team did a great job with faking the emotions as well. Darryl's face as he flubbed the kick was that perfect mix of disappointment and angst. Oscar worthy for sure.

The funny part was we were trying to lose as well to get in the same bracket as Hadden. That would be at least one easy win for us.

I guess you guys are just the better losers.

I just want to reiterate what Carr posted (you're amazing by the way). Everytime the Raiders hit the field it's all about flawless execution and making the strategic decision to lose by one point week is a perfect example. Darryl coming up short on a 25y field goal with a strong breeze at his back is flawless execution, Rodney dropping a perfectily thrown ball at the 2y line on the 2nd last play is flawless execution, GClarkin catching a knuckleball pass from Noah with one hand then running it for an 80y TD (ok that never happened) but if it did it would be flawless execution.

Ensuring that the terrible Hadden team is in the same playoff division as the Raiders is flawless execution.

So both Seahawks and Raiders were tanking to get out of our bracket? Smart move.

No one is worried about the Jets, that is why you were not mentioned.

If anyone is looking to buy Lions tickets, I have an extra pair beside mine for most games.

I have an additional 4 together a few sections over for the Green Bay game on Thursday Night Football on December 3rd, if anybody is looking to take a road trip with buddies. Those are $130 US each including all taxes, fees, etc.

Tickets are in the 200 level in the end zone, great seats for actually watching plays develop. If you're interested, catch me at the fields. It's "variable ticket pricing" this year, so I'd have to look up what each is worth (in case you think it sounds sketchy when I don't know what they're worth).

TJ, aka Carr.

#4, Oakland Raiders.

What do you think it should be? If you think the Lions have a chance, we should put a case of beer on it.

Jets are down 8 points to start the game by the way.

I love to see Spackman fail. I just feel sorry for the guys that got stuck on his team.
Maybe next year he won't be such an a-hole and his team will put in a little more effort.
