That field gold was insane. I did a front row seat for it!
It's a game changer if you can put up points from your own 40.

Side note, Shout out to King (Light Grey) for letting us use one of their players when we were shorthanded this past week. Also to Marty for agreeing to switch sides for a game. Thanks guys.

Black will get a win before Grey will. Would not be shocking to see Grey go winless all year.

Spack will lose before Noah.

Chambers is a great QB, just look at the bums he plays with. TJ maybe was an 8.5 five years ago.

Well week 3 is in the books. Only one wrong again, Orange let me down vs Carbon. 10 of 12 games correctly picked.
What did we learn this week (Other than I do SNF not MNF, Hence the early post because i dont work mondays)?

Frank is a Pick machine,
Beibs has a leg,
Spack can’t be stopped
The clarkins are good and not as short as previously thought.
Team green is all over the sack page.
Carbon doesn’t allow many points
White scores a lot of points.

This weeks picks

Orange vs Blue
The finals rematch was a shootout as expected. Spack scored at will, but had some difficulty stopping team green short manned. Orange didn’t look good last week with nearly a full roster. Looking at the teams, Orange should be able to score against Blue. Colin is playing well and he has the guns to put up points as most teams can on Blue. Is mike still the top dog in the league? He will need to show it here with help from Tim and Ben and Joe. Rodney, Tim and Jay will need to dial up some special defences to cover the clarkins and Brandt. If Cain, Staff and Duffy show up this could get out of hand. Orange will score some, maybe get one stop or two, not enough.
Blue wins, 48-32

White vs Carbon (Frank Revenge game)
Wow team White’s offense looks better than ever. Biebs has the hair and they no longer have Frank to tear them apart. Brooks and Neeraj are humming along nicely. This will be a big test vs Carbon’s stellar D that is giving up about 2 scores per game only. The rise of Billy is the difference! Jomo and company for team White are having some trouble stopping teams this year and Noah should score at will. (Even maybe a revenge score for Frank on the Pick six). Will the beibs and Frank matchup be a distraction and leave T.O and his block open all day? I think so. Higney should get his first score here. White scores a lot, Carbon plays good D. Carbon can score a lot, White doesn’t play good D.
Carbon wins and Frank gets his cake 38-22

Green vs Grey
Green couldn’t stop Spack last week, although Jelani still pumped in the scores right back. Grey got it handed to them by Red. A good performance by Red? Or is Grey weak? A bit of both perhaps. This game could get out of hand if players show up. Green’s defence was exposed last week and will be looking to get back on the right track with stellar sack masters and Pick machines in Folco, Kitch, Taylor, Jelani and Mario. Does Z play D? No picks this year, perhaps people shy away from Z? Luc, Mark, Dustin, and Alex get open on offence but sometimes have difficutly tracking the deep ball. They will need to get it together this week or settle for intermediate throws to score. Green will score a load vs Grey with Z and Russ, Luc is a great defender but he is one man only and maybe picked a little too high. Grey will struggle to score.
Green wins 42-18

Black vs Red
Wow Red’s offense woke up last week. And Defence could have been much better if TJ (OBTJ)caught the ball with 2 hands instead of 1. TJ, Will, Adiran, Miguel, Warbird and Classuen are tough to cover. Fab and Jake can only do so much on D to cover this group. Muragytrod and JJ are putting up points with the young gun slinger and showed they can score last week. Jay and Synderface will have a tough time calling the Defence for Red with so much unpredictability from Dyl the Thrill. Both teams have shown they can score finally. Both teams do not play great defence but this can be due to quick 3 and outs on offense as well. This game will come down to who makes the big play at the end of the game. Team Black gets their first win with a late TD by Duggan or Walker. This will not be a shootout.
Black wins 26-22

Updated power rankings
Blue (no change)
Carbon( up 1 after crushing orange)
Green (down 1 after the loss)
White (up 1, offence keeps humming)
Orange (down 1 again, dropping quick, they need to right the ship)
Red (Up one from the convincing win)
Black (down 1 Scoring a bundle but need the W)
Grey (no change, really need to turn it around)

Good call @Chris Collinsworth.

This game will not be close. Carbon will shut down white and score at will. Giorgios' defense is weak and Nick will throw the ball towards me. Mistake. One to the house is on my mind. Billy. You worry me.

Expect Neeraj to pit up a big goose egg on the scoreboard this Saturday. Carbon will not even allow him to make a single grab. He will be obsolete.

Nice to see that white has showed the league that nick has something left. They have done well so far, despite not having both Neeraj and Biebs on the field together. Just maybe their should be some fear when this happens. LOOK OUT.

Henry Street High School is located in Whitby, Ontario, within the Durham District School Board. The school offers programs for students in grades 9–12 and a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities.

The school was originally known as 'Whitby District High School'; the name was changed after the opening of Whitby's second high school, Anderson, in 1960.

You guys don't understand the sacrifice Neeraj has made for team White. The removal of his appendix wasn’t necessary, it was by choice. He heard about a Mexican clinic that has perfected human cloning. After carefully examining the WMFL rules & bylaws, he has determined that any clones of himself are eligible to play for team White this season.

He understands that a procedure like this will sideline him until playoffs but he is an intellect that is playing the long game. All 8 teams make the playoffs which essentially makes the 7-game regular season meaningless exhibition games. The real season starts in 4 weeks and he knows that the only thing missing from Nick’s WMFL resume is a championship title (something that Frank just couldn’t deliver, sorry Noah…). Any QB can win the regular season crown, but going to the title game and winning it is another thing, right Jelani?

The Neeraj clones, along with their bionic knee braces, will be mature enough to play come playoff game #1 and with their height, speed, hands and charm, the other teams don’t stand a chance. He understands that some QB’s might object to this strategy complaining that the clones didn’t play enough regular season games to be eligible for the playoffs. And that might result in some (or just one) QB’s boycotting their scheduled games against team White, but he is okay with that.

With dedication like that, how can White not win it all this year?

Well after many hours Drew has revamped the website pictures tab and thanks to Ryan Ishmael from team Orange for offering to take pictures. If anyone has any historical pictures they think are worth including, please email them to the league. We'll try to keep this up to date and I'll see if maybe we can get some team pictures up. In the meantime, enjoy and feel free to comment.

Jomo, that was an epic response...i'm not sure how anyone can follow that.

The cloning program was supposed to be our secret. Amazing what you can get with an appendix and 40 pesos. But from the way Nick and team are rolling, I'm thinking of asking for a refund.

I'm more concerned about a spot on the team. Love playing for Nick and the guys are on our team are awesome. Team White is rolling and I can't wait to get back.

I am very upset about not being able to play against Noah, Frank and my bud T.O.this weekend but will be there to cheer White on to victory. We definitely have the advantage in the 2 most important categories.

1. Quaterback
2. Looks

In regards to my current hairstyle, @Pony Tail, I would just like to say sir that I'm not going bald, it's my haircut of choice . The Friar Tuck look is in. At least that's what Nick and the balding lady at First Choice told me. All the cool kids are doing it.

Good luck to everyone this weekend....accept for you Noah.

To be clear boys, when the Neeraj clones have been completed they have already been assigned childcare and errands and other duties such as I have decided. None of which will involve your silly little game on Saturdays. I may allow the original run-down, but handsomely crowning, Neeraj to play from time to time, and as I deem fit. Bye boys, and go team red - they are my favourite!
