I thought for sure the shock of us not attending would be enough to push the Clarkins into a full frenzy of yelling at refs and each other and push team Green to victory. Lesson learned. We will continue to dominate and decimate the washed Spack, Overrated Jack, and Slow Georgieo. Stinky team about to get taken to school by a bunch of vets.

Posted By: Colin Cowherd Posted On: Oct 1st, 2024 Views: 931	Welcome to Week 6! Ouch! Only one game correct last week. White, Green, Purple let me down! Red won a lower scoring game as predicted. Here we go! 9am Spack White vs Noah Green Both teams coming off tough losses playing short handed. White missing Jack and G, Green missing Frank and TO and TJ came late, usually Frank comes early. Anyways, not sure I can take much from those defeats playing without top dogs however both teams did still score a ton, but the defenses suffered. Noah vs Spack, classic matchup. Both are excellent field generals, it would be an honor to play for either of these greats! Frank vs Jack. Jack is certainly on the rise and proving to be an elite top pick on both sides of the ball. Frank is playing on a mission this year, when he shows up. Both play with a lot of fire. I don’t know who to pick in this match up because its possible both get into a fight and are ejected. Giorgio vs Miller, this is the best matchup among 2nd rounders, ever? Amazing players that should be first rounders. Not sure who is faster, Miller is the better defender, Giorgio more dangerous with the ball in his hands. Call it even steven! TO vs James, Advantage to T.O here for Green. Terrel vs Nigel, Nigel is solid, but Terrel has game breaking ability for an ad to white. TJ and Riley, TJ has this one if he shows up for green. Ethan and Henrique, have to love mini TJ, but not yet, Henrique has this for white. Kyle vs Tim, Tim, or Uncle bryan as come call him, is a weapon for white! Alex vs Patrick, both are solid late round picks, Patrick is hit or miss, alex will step up after a rough week for green. Craig has the advantage for green over Jonny. Gareth and JJ vs Nick and Mike, I like JJ for green in this one. But Nick gets sneaky open also. Andrew and Santiono even steven. Both teams need a bounce back. I like green’s ability to play defence more than team white. I see this being a high scoring game that comes down to a timely stop or two. Green wins 46-40 9am Jelani Purple vs Joe Cool Grey Purple is coming off of a tough loss to baby blue. Only scoring 20 with their top dogs all there does not bode well. Joe broke the ankies of many still. Coal had a satisfying win vs a shorthanded white. Scoring 45 will make coal and company happy but allowing 30 to a shorthanded team perhaps shows a chink in the armor. Jelani vs Joe, Joe is proving me wrong this year and perhaps he has improved from the worst QB in the league as I said in preseason. Jelani will wake up come playoff time with ice in his veins. Can Joe step up when it matters or continue to beat up on weak short handed teams. Jamie vs Joe R, Jamie may be the only one who can cover Joe, I would still double him. Can Joe cover Jamie is the question? Both of these are awesome. Ill lean Jamie. Wyatt vs Mario, Wyatt moves like a noodle and plays with pure emotion. Also a greaser. Mario plays hard always. Ad to coal. Bryce and Khosya, Bryce is a good player but Khosya is elite and has a big ad for coal here. Will and Giancarlo, Love them both, I think Will can make more plays but with the plethora of weapons on coal, people leave Giancarlo open also. Macri and Tony! Both are similar players, nice speed. Even, Tony better on D and Macri on O. Blake and Jordan, Jordy will make Blakes pages turn. Liam over Jaden for team Purp. Bryan, Jermaine, and Josh for Purple also take the cake from Mike, Jules and Derek, much to the dismay of Jules and the double mcdonald. Duffy has an ad for coal over Miggy, but Billy is too good, sorry Dave, Dave loses the battle of the craiks (Wyatt’s dad)! I hope the teams show up in full force. I can see Joe winning this game as it is the all important regular season and Jelani stepping up later when playoffs happen but not putting it all together this week. Coal has great defenders to keep purple at bay for this game. 32-16 for Coal Grey 1045 am Kyle Royal Blue vs Jack Red Kyle is coming off of a sobering performance, pun intended. They finally showed up and scored some points, got some confidence, albeit vs a weakened green team. 1045 is scary for them though, they will party hard at night thinking they can sleep in and will they show up? Red wont be short handed, last week it looked like they had 20 people out there in a narrow win over Black. Someone check the official roster list on these guys! Is a full roster good or bad for red? Time will tell. Kyle vs Jack, which kyle will show up? That is the true question. This would be a close call but I have no idea which Jekyll and Hyde so I have to roll with Jack. Z vs Nick, both are washed and probably drunk. Z can’t even play both sides of the ball anymore it appeared last week, washed! Advantage Nick and Blue. Patrick and Murg, Murg is still awesome but Patrick seems to be getting faster and making game breaking plays week by week, Ad to red. King and Neeraj is going to be a super fun match to watch, I hope the spectators enjoy the clash of giants. Sydner and Regai, both fun players, Synder is a defensive genius! Ad Red. Riley and Jake, a couple years ago this is Jake but now Riley has surpassed the strong quads of jake. Drew and Salmers, Drew for sure. Salmers has been around a while and I need to see more splash plays from him. Drew shows them week in and week out. Danny and Jay, Jay has the best last name but Danny is still the sack master and seems to be a top scorer for red! Danny and red ad. Jomo and Geoff vs Steven and Matty C, Jomo and Geoff are a steal this late in the draft, Red advantage. Pete out plays Tullet, Pete is lightning this year! Glenn has the advantage for Blue over Waleed. Noah and Folco are very similar players, love them both! I am curious how this game will go with attendance, will blue show up ready to play? Will red have a ton of players and struggle to find rhythm again? I think Blue is going to come back to earth after a big win, they fall off their high horse. Kyle keeps it rolling feeding his brother for scores only. Red spreads the ball around to everyone. Red makes more plays on D though with their stacked roster. Blue has a porous D. Lower scoring game. 28-20 For Red 1045am Ricardo Black vs Matt Baby Blue Black lost a close one without Stoop, narrowly losing to red after they scored a late TD. They showed flashes on both sides of the ball. Baby Blue simply outclassed purple. Ford and Bo are scary, Peyton looks better and better. Tristan is a star. Matty Ice is playing very well. Ricardo vs Matt, Matt takes this one, he plays both ways and is playing on another level this year. Ricardo still used to rush leagues releases the ball quickly and rarely designs up multiple moves. Bo and Tyler are both awesome, Bo has experience but Tyler is freakishly athletic so Ill take Tyler here for black, although Bo and Matt have a better connection. Ryan and Stoop, love stoop and he is super scary, but Forde is a man on a mission this year. Both awesome 2nd rounders. Forde for blue, plays both ways exceptionally. Peyton and Tyler 2.0. Peyton is impressive, I did not have him rated this high. But Tyler is really showing his stuff on both sides of the ball, fast kid! Ad to black. Harrison vs Jayden, nothing against Jayden but I like the athletic ability of Harrison more in this for team black. Michael and Jai, both playing well, but Jai and black have another advantage. Tristan and Brendan, Tristan is really looking good this year week in week out, I think he looks good? Hard to tell with the full mask. Trisan and Blue advantage. Sam and Scott, Scott plays O a bit better with his routes. Don’t take Sam for Granted. See what I did there? Robby and Bret vs Tony and Pinto. Have to go with robby and bret, they are kind humans, nothing against Tony! Pinto has the athletic ability but he cant keep his head in the game. Ad to blue. Mike raf over Tyler Clarkin for Blue. Connor needs time to grow so ill take Jason for black. Ethan and peter are even! Upset Watch, sorry but Black does match up nicely here and their roster may be better but Matt under Center will be the difference maker. Neither team will play great D, but Blue finds ways to score more consistently in this one, Black makes mistakes on O and allows Blue to run away with this one. Blue wins 34-22 Rankings: 1) Coal- Up from 2nd Cant believe they are here but hard to argue with best point differential. One loss. 2) Baby Blue- Up from 4th. They looked good vs purple. Scary looking team 3) Green- Tough loss but missing the big dogs so I cant lower them too far from 1st 4) Red- Didn’t look great in their win vs Black but still up from 5. 5) White- Two tough losses in a row. This last one they were short handed though. 6) Purple- Holding steady at 6. Back to back weeks being outclassed 7) Royal- Up from 8th. Finally showed some life 8) Black- There solace is they still get to play Royal in the final week
